For the past ten years agricultural producer Angel Karaivanov has been growing mushrooms throughout the year. Meanwhile he has been planning the setting up of a laboratory for production and sales of mushroom spores – spawn.
The spawn is produced in the village of Galabovo, Kuklen municipality, Plovdiv region – an ecologically clean area in the Rhodopi mountains with an altitude of 700m. Bulmycel offers its customers a variety of spawns, including portabella, oyster and shiitake mushrooms. The company is in contact with leading European laboratories for selection and production of new types of spawns and can implement their production according to customers’ demand. On the market we offer packages of 6 litres, which is about 4 kg.
